  • What payment terms are available on the website?

    Credit Card and PayPal terms are available for all orders (except Customer Pickup orders) placed on the website.  We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.  For customer pickup orders, please present your credit card at time of pickup.
     
    If you have an established open credit account, “On Account” terms will be available once we have linked your web account to your regular customer account number.
     
    COD terms may also be available, however, your shipping options will be limited to Customer Pickup or Wensco Delivery (when available).

  • Why isn’t “Wensco Delivery” an available shipping option when I checkout?

    Customer Pickup and UPS are generally available to all web customers.  Once we have linked your web account to your regular customer account number, Wensco Delivery may also be an available shipping option. 
     
    Wensco Delivery will be available if we have assigned your customer account to a delivery run in our order entry system.  If we have delivered to you in the past, or you are curious if we deliver to your area, please contact customer service at 1-800-253-1569.

  • Why isn’t UPS an available shipping option when I try to checkout?

    Two reasons: 1. If you selected COD as your payment terms, your shipping options will be limited to Customer Pickup and Wensco Delivery (when available).  2. The UPS shipping options will also be limited depending on what items are in your cart.  If items classified as “Cannot be shipped via UPS” or “Cannot be shipped via UPS Air” are in your cart your UPS shipping options will be limited to Ground only, or unavailable.  The items that are restricting your shipping options will be disclosed on the Shipping Options page of the checkout process.

  • How is the freight charge determined and why is it stated as “Estimated Freight”?

    The website estimates freight using UPS rate calculations based on the source and destination locations and by accumulating the weight assigned to the items in your cart.  We try to ensure that this estimate is accurate, however, certain assumptions made by the website, such as the number of “packages” may result in different results.  We will charge actual freight charges and notify you prior to shipment if the amount varies significantly from what was quoted to you on the website.

  • Can Wensco ship my UPS order with COD terms?

    We do not offer UPS shipments with COD terms on the website.  Please call customer service if this is necessary for your order.
