Introducing the new DFC-Series from Safety Speed. It combines the rigid frame of the vertical panel saw with the dust free wall cutter assembly allowing sign shops to cut a wide range of sign material with ease.
Features interchangeable carriages that work on the same frame so as to take up less sign shop space.

• Maximum cross cut (vertical cut): 64in
• Maximum rip cut (horizontal cut): 120in
• Panel Saw carriage: Can cut aluminum panel, polycarbonate, laminate and wood, MDF panel, and other materials up to 1.75in thick!
• Panel Saw standard equipment: 3.25 HP motor; thin material pressure guard; dust collection kit; vertical and horizontal rulers; quick stop gauge 5ft; stand, wheels, blade and backer board
• Dust Free Substrate Cutter carriage with cartridges: can score and or cut material up to (1/2)in (13mm) thick such as corrugated plastic, foam board, gator foam, aluminum composite panel, PVC, acrylic and more!
• Dust Free Cutter standard equipment: utility blade cartridge (3 blades) – PVC, foam core, gator foam, corrugated plastics; ACM dual wheel cartridge – aluminum composite material; acrylic scoring cartridge ( scores (1/4)in thick material) – for scoring acrylic; removable clamping bar system; two extra bottom clamps
