Wensco Sign Supply is a wholesale sign supply distributor with seven locations throughout the Midwest. We focus on providing friendly, personal service, and offering quality products with next day delivery to many of our customers. Each location is fully stocked with a complete range of sign supplies so we can bring the supplies you need, when you need them.

History

In 1937 Harold Eggleston was repairing radios when he met the owner of Acme Neon Accessory. Wanting to open a branch in Grand Rapids, Michigan, he offered Harold the opportunity, and Wholesale Electric and Neon Supply Company was born.

In the 1950’s, Harold’s son, Harold Jr. (JR), started the “warehouse on wheels”, loading up a truck and visiting every sign shop he knew throughout the Midwest. This was so successful that by the 1960’s JR was able to purchase LaSalle Sign and Artist Supply in Detroit. In 1969 we shortened our name to WENSCO.

Wensco is now owned by Harold’s granddaughter, Judy Nelson. As President and CEO, Judy has led Wensco to even greater success. Under Judy’s leadership, Wensco has grown to seven locations in Grand Rapids & Farmington Hills, Michigan, Chicago, Illinois, Davenport, Iowa, Cleveland, Ohio, Indianapolis, Indiana, and Louisville, Kentucky. Unlike most distributors, each branch maintains large inventories and a fleet of delivery vehicles. Judy has focused on nurturing quality staff, excellent customer service, and keeping the supplies you need on hand. This focus has kept us growing and ensures Wensco will be there when you need us.
