Orders shipped or delivered to Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin will be charged applicable sales tax. Orders picked up will be charged sales tax based on the physical branch location. No sales tax will be charged if an approved Wensco Tax Exempt Form, or other state specific form, has been filed with us. 

Customers in Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin or customers with multi-state operations, can complete the Wensco Tax Exempt Form, and Multi-State Supplement Form, if applicable.
