Specialty Materials
- A polyurethane based thermal transfer film, has actual glitter flakes encased in a heat sealing adhesive
- Cut this material in “mirror” image; 60° blade
- Application: Adheres to most fabrics
- Will not adhere to nylon, dazzle cloth, shiny polyester, moisture wicking materials
- Press: 330-335° F for 17-20 seconds, Firm to even pressure, peel warm, re-press with Teflon sheet for 2 seconds
- Wash inside-out, cold water, gentle cycle; tumble dry low
- 19inx 5yd, non-punched rolls
A release paper or Teflon sheet should always be placed between the heat platen and the plastic carrier sheet to prevent sticking and edge damage to the transferred design.
